Best Meeting Notes Software in 2026
Meeting notes can involve more than capturing what was said: you may want to find details later or track what needs doing next. Compare transcription and speaker labels with AI summaries and action-item tracking, then consider note templates and a searchable archive. The entries are ranked, starting with Fellow, Circleback, and MeetGeek; Otter.ai and Krisp AI Meeting Assistant follow among the first options. Meeting recording, free-plan availability, and starting paid prices add further comparison points. Think about which parts of reviewing and following up on conversations matter most in your workflow.
86 meeting notes software ranked on what their makers publish — plans and prices, free tiers, platforms and the facts on their own pages.
