Fathom is a meeting capture and transcription tool for Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It records through a bot or bot-free capture, then produces transcripts, summaries, and action items. The free plan includes unlimited recordings and transcriptions, instant AI call summaries, and clips, playlists, and search. Paid plans add advanced call summaries, AI-generated action items, a conversational meeting assistant, and a custom meeting bot. Fathom supports 38 transcription languages, speaker labels, and calendar integrations. It is available on the web, Windows, and macOS, with desktop applications and API access listed. Mobile apps are not available. The Free plan is free forever. The pricing note lists paid plans from $15 per user per month on an annual basis.
