What it is
Tencent Meeting & VooV Meeting is cloud-based video conferencing software for hosting or joining remote meetings. It supports web, Windows, macOS, iOS and Android, along with screen sharing, recording, breakout rooms, online document collaboration and instant text messaging. The stated maximum is 2,000 participants, while the Free Edition lists up to 300 participants per meeting as a limited-time offer and unlimited group meeting time as a limited-time offer. That plan costs nothing. The Enterprise Edition is listed with capacity for 2,000 participants, but no price is stated. Tencent describes intelligent noise suppression and virtual backgrounds, and host controls include passwords, waiting rooms, meeting locks and automated watermarks. The VooV Free Edition lists AES 128-bit encryption; the Enterprise Edition lists AES 256-bit encryption. Tencent says VooV Meeting is available in more than 100 countries and regions.
