If you change or cancel an appointment, its related reminder message updates too. Messages due overnight are held until a suitable morning hour.
Sending depends on the version: Android Pro can send SMS automatically, while the iPhone and Google Play versions require you to tap for each reminder. WhatsApp opens a prepared message for you to send. The app stores appointment, client, template, and message-log data on the phone; its maker says it uses no accounts or cloud storage and reminders do not pass through its servers. You can export a backup file and restore it on a new phone. The licence is €15 once after a free 14-day trial, for one phone, with unlimited clients and appointments.
