What it is
Mapster is a web-based product feedback survey platform for creating surveys on websites or inside products, sharing them, and analyzing responses. Surveys can be distributed by link, embed, or widget. The widget can connect each response to a user ID and details such as plan, role, or region, which supports segmentation. Templates automatically score NPS, CSAT, CES, and PMF surveys, including the Sean Ellis 40% PMF benchmark. Branching logic sends respondents to different questions according to their answers. Zapier can connect responses to Slack, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, and more than 6,000 apps. Mapster can also send new responses to Slack channels or direct messages in real time. The Free plan costs nothing and allows 50 responses per month with unlimited surveys. Starter is $19 a month for 1,000 responses; Growth is $29 a month for 3,000; Pro is $49 a month for unlimited responses subject to fair use. Plans include all features.
