Core AI can submit South African medical scheme EDI claims in real time, then handle remittances and reconciliation. Practices can connect WhatsApp to the diary and patient records through the official WhatsApp Business API using a dedicated practice number in their Twilio account. A private, one-way iCal feed can be subscribed to from Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. HeroMed describes itself as POPIA-, HIPAA- and GDPR-aware, with role-based access, audit trails, encryption in transit and at rest, and daily backups. Plans include a 14-day full-access trial without a credit card. Solo is $49/month for one user and 1,500 AI credits; Team is $99/month for two to five users and 3,000 credits.
