What it is
Zanda is a cloud-based practice management system for health practices, bringing administrative work into a browser-based service. It covers appointment scheduling, clinical notes, client management, online forms, billing, reporting, and a client portal; it also supports reminders, online payments, waitlists, and recurring appointments. Every plan includes AI writing and editing, four AI Scribe appointments per month, and AI Insights across each client’s last three sessions. Zoom-powered telehealth is available, with Telehealth Pro as an optional add-on for unlimited calls at $9 a month per practitioner. Zanda lists integrations including Xero, Stripe, Mailchimp, calendar services, Physitrack, Medicare, DVA, and Tyro. Starter costs $19 a month and is limited to one practitioner and 1,000 appointments; Growth includes unlimited appointments. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. The browser-based service lists compatibility with Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and web. Zanda says accounts can be hosted in Australia, the UK, or the US, with data encrypted at rest and in transit.
