WaiverKit is a web platform for creating, sharing, signing, and storing digital waivers and consent forms. Customers sign on their own devices through a QR code or link without installing an app. Each signed record contains a server timestamp, IP address, device details, document-version hash, consent text, and generated PDF. Forms can be built with drag-and-drop controls or drafted from a prompt using AI Composer. Signed waivers are searchable by customer name or email and filterable by template or status.
