What it is
WaiverDrop provides digital waiver signing and searchable records for businesses. Customers can sign from a link or QR code in a mobile browser without installing an app or creating an account. A tablet can serve as a kiosk, including a touchless option where customers scan a QR code with their own phones. Businesses can start with industry templates or use a custom editor with configurable standard and custom fields. Document packets combine multiple forms in one signing flow, while each signed document remains a separate record. Records include the signer’s name, signature, IP address, timestamp, user agent, and a downloadable PDF. Webhooks and URL parameters support connections to booking flows, and records can be exported as CSV or PDFs. WaiverDrop says it encrypts data in transit and at rest, encrypts daily backups, hosts data in the US, and complies with the ESIGN Act and UETA. The free Starter plan allows 10 waivers per month; after that, new signatures require waiting until the next month or upgrading. Paid plans start at $15.00 per month.
