TierBook
What it is
TierBook is a sponsor CRM for event teams that sell sponsorship packages and coordinate what each sponsor receives. It converts purchased benefits into fulfillment tasks and gives sponsors a portal for uploads, forms, contacts, and approvals. Teams can draw booth maps, define selection windows by sponsorship tier, and let sponsors choose spaces in a live portal. WooCommerce connects sponsor activity with orders, invoices, payment status, and accounts receivable; WooCommerce is required for invoice and order checkout flows. Reports cover revenue, sponsor rollups, booths, engagement, fulfillment, and collections, with CSV export for every report. The portal uses token-based magic links, so sponsors do not need accounts or passwords. TierBook runs on the customer’s WordPress site and supports ZIP backup and migration. It requires WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. The annual plan is $999 a year, billed annually, for one WordPress installation, unlimited events, and unlimited sponsors.
