What it is
Bedspace Manager is a property-management platform for operators renting beds in PGs, hostels, staff housing, labour camps, and co-living properties. It tracks occupancy, leases, and balances down to each bed, alongside properties and units. Billing can follow the calendar month or a custom 30-day cycle from move-in, with automatic proration. Recurring invoices can be scheduled for arrears, current, or advance timing. The platform creates branded PDF invoices and sends them to tenants through WhatsApp without requiring a tenant app. WhatsApp also supports reminders and maintenance intake; the Emma AI assistant can categorize maintenance messages, attach photos or videos, identify duplicates, and pass uncertain cases onward. Business Atlas organizes locations from city and place down to building, floor, property, and unit. Role-based access and an audit trail support financial controls, while transactions and invoices are voided or adjusted rather than deleted. It runs on Android, iOS, and web. Plans start at $15 a month, and accounts begin with a 14-day trial without a credit card.
