Build trust in AI music generation by checking three separate things before a track leaves your Samsung Galaxy: what the provider says about its training data, what your plan allows you to do with the output, and what rights or disclosures apply to any human-made material you add. A tool’s “royalty-free” or “commercial” wording does not, by itself, establish that an AI-generated song qualifies for copyright protection or that every use is covered.
What Trust Means When You Generate Music

What Copyright And Publishing Rules Establish
The U.S. Copyright Office’s January 29, 2025 report says music generated entirely by AI is not copyrightable, prompts alone do not make a person the author, and human-authored parts of a mixed work may be protected. Spotify said in September 2025 that vocal impersonation is allowed only when the impersonated artist has authorized it, and described AI disclosures in credits. In August 2026, it announced an “AI Persona” badge for artist identities that may be AI-generated rather than real people. - Write a rights-safe brief. Describe mood, tempo feel, instrumentation, structure, and intended use without naming a singer to imitate or asking for a close copy of a protected song. Do not imitate a named artist or existing recording.” The details guide the musical result without treating an artist reference as permission.
