Galaxy app developers can integrate ElevenLabs’ cloud-based Eleven Music API through HTTP or its official Python and JavaScript/TypeScript SDKs; Samsung-specific integration is not required. The API supports prompt-driven music generation and documented composition and streaming workflows, but credentials, privacy obligations, and plan-specific commercial rights need careful handling before launch.
What the Eleven Music API Does
Eleven Music generates music from text prompts, with controls described for genre, mood, structure, duration, and language. ElevenLabs documents the POST /v1/music endpoint, direct HTTP access, and official Python and JavaScript/TypeScript SDKs. The service is a cloud API, not a music-generation feature running on Galaxy hardware.
The API reference also documents composition and streaming workflows. A detailed composition response can include a composition plan, song metadata, audio bytes, and a stored song identifier when storage for later inpainting is enabled. Streaming can deliver composition information and audio incrementally. Check the live API reference for current request fields, output formats, limits, and endpoint behavior before implementation.
Models, Duration, and Composition Options
ElevenLabs’ overview identifies Music v2.5 as its most advanced model and says v2 remains available. Its materials describe v2 features including Audio Reference, long-form section-by-section composition, genre transitions, improved inpainting, and embedded sound effects; v2.5 is described as improving audio quality and prompt adherence. Model availability and defaults can change, so verify the current reference rather than relying on a sample’s model ID.

How a Galaxy App Can Integrate It
A Galaxy-targeted Android app can use Eleven Music as an external cloud service through its broader app architecture. The reviewed sources do not establish a Galaxy-specific Eleven Music SDK, Samsung certification, or a device-side generation feature. Keep API credentials confidential; do not treat a secret credential as safe to embed in a distributed mobile client.
- Define the use case. Decide whether the app needs prompt-only generation, composition-plan workflows, streaming, or a later inpainting step.
- Review the current API documentation. Confirm account access, endpoint and SDK options, fields, supported models, limits, and output formats.
- Design credential handling. Protect credentials and user information, and plan how the app will securely access the service.
- Prototype and test delivery. Evaluate the documented workflow in your intended app architecture, including loading and failure behavior. The sources do not establish Galaxy-specific performance results.
- Review rights and privacy before release. Check plan-specific Music Terms, API Terms, applicable privacy obligations, and any restrictions on your use case.
Keep Samsung In-App Purchases Separate
Samsung Galaxy Store IAP APIs are separate from Eleven Music. Samsung documents IAP APIs for managing products, orders, acknowledgments or consumption, and subscriptions. Their prerequisites apply if an app chooses to use Samsung IAP; the sources do not identify Samsung IAP as a requirement for calling ElevenLabs’ music API.

Commercial Rights, Privacy, and Restrictions
ElevenLabs describes broad commercial use on paid plans, while its API product page says film, television, and large studio game rights require Enterprise. Rights depend on the plan and use case, so check the current Music Terms and plan-rights information before shipping. Do not assume every use is covered.
The Music API Terms require developers to follow applicable API documentation, keep credentials confidential, protect user information, maintain a privacy policy explaining data collection and sharing (including with ElevenLabs and third parties), and meet applicable privacy-law obligations. The terms also restrict reselling, repackaging, redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise making API access available unless the developer has prior express written authorization as an Authorized Reseller. Co-branding and attribution requirements apply to specified customer categories and circumstances; they are not a universal requirement for every app.
