What it is
Proof Approve is a web application for custom-product businesses that need customer proof decisions connected to an order. A customer opens a private link without creating an account, reviews a PDF, PNG, JPG, or JPEG proof, then approves it or requests changes. Approval and denial require a typed full-name signature, and denials require notes. The service keeps proof history and can record sent, opened, resent, approved, denied, and revoked events with timestamps, IP address, and browser information. Each new emailed proof request counts as one send; opening, responding, revisiting, or using the included resend does not add another send. The Free plan is free and includes five proof sends monthly, one seat, private links, signed decisions, and 60-day retention. Paid plans are Starter at $12 a month, Studio at $29 a month, and Shop at $79 a month. Studio and Shop provide reminders, while Shop adds white-label branding and priority support.
