What it is
Product Roadmap is a web tool for sharing product plans and collecting customer feedback. Roadmap status updates when feedback changes, so customers can see which items are planned or in progress. Teams can offer public and private roadmaps or add an in-app roadmap widget. Items show vote counts, and people who voted or commented receive email updates as work moves to Planned, In Progress, or Completed. Publishing a changelog post about a shipped feature also notifies its voters. The product supports nine languages, white-label branding, custom domains, and views filtered by status or category. Users can import existing feedback and roadmap items; the maker describes setup as taking 30 seconds. JWT-based auto-login is supported, while SSO is included with Professional.
