Fleetio is a cloud-based platform for managing fleet operations, with tools for vehicle records, maintenance, inspections and work orders. Its asset records can hold license and registration reminders, warranty and telematics information, documents and notes. Preventive-maintenance reminders can be scheduled by mileage, engine hours or time interval, and digital work orders follow labor, parts and progress. Inspection forms are customizable and can be used offline, with photos, comments, alerts and automated workflows. Automations can update work orders or asset status, notify approvers and add comments or email teammates. Fleetio connects to telematics, GPS, fuel cards, tire monitoring, tolls, citations and accounting systems, and offers a public REST API with more than 130 endpoints. Fleetio Go is available for iOS and Android; it requires Android 10 or later and iOS 16 or later. The paid service has a 14-day trial with all features and no credit card required; continuing requires payment information or invoicing. Listed per-vehicle plans assume five assets: Essential starts at $4 a month billed annually or $5 billed monthly; Professional is $7 a year and Premium $10 a year, both billed annually only.
