What it is
CareLineLive is a cloud-based management platform for home care agencies and domiciliary care providers. It brings together rostering, scheduling, care planning and monitoring, eMAR, payroll, invoicing and family communication. In the Carer Companion app, carers can view rotas, check in and out of visits, complete tasks and record notes. Family and friends can use the Care Circle Portal to access client visit records, notes and tasks; it is free for customers on all plans.
The management platform is supported on the two latest versions of Google Chrome, and the companion app is available for Android and iOS. Listed integrations include Xero, Sage, Hastee, Tempaid, CM2000, ContrOCC, TotalMobile and GP Connect. Plans start at £8.10/user/mo. The eRoster plan is £8.10 per carer per month, excluding VAT, with a £120 minimum monthly fee. CareLineLive says a licence is needed for carers scheduled for more than one hour per week, based on average weekly usage.
