Bullseye
What it is
Bullseye identifies individual contacts visiting a website and presents profiles that may include names, email addresses, job titles, companies, LinkedIn profiles, locations, and profile images. Bullseye says its matching generally identifies visitors within seconds. Records can show pages visited, timestamps, referrers, and UTM parameters. Teams can define Ideal Customer Profile rules to score and filter visitors, then route identified leads to the appropriate sales representative. Integrations available on every plan include HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Ads, ChatGPT Ads, and webhooks. A REST API covers visitor data, companies, organizations, lists, ICP settings, integrations, and billing. Bullseye states that traffic uses TLS 1.2 or higher, sensitive data is encrypted at rest, and access is controlled with roles, MFA, and audit logging. It says the service is GDPR and CCPA compliant and does not sell personal information. Processing is limited to U.S. web traffic. A 14-day trial is offered, but there is no free plan.

Bullseye combines person-level visitor identification with filtering, routing, integrations, and API access. Its U.S.-only coverage and credit rules are important constraints, especially for organizations with international traffic.
Who it suits
Bullseye suits agencies, SaaS companies, and e-commerce brands seeking identified website leads, CRM connections, and automated routing. It is relevant only when visitors are within the United States.
