At IFA 2025, one of the world’s largest consumer electronics trade shows, Samsung officially introduced the Galaxy S25 FE. The latest addition to the Fan Edition series brings several flagship-level features and the company’s Galaxy AI suite to a more affordable device.
The Galaxy S25 FE continues Samsung’s trend of offering a more accessible version of its S series. It essentially packages the most popular features from the flagship models into a phone designed for a broader range of users. The company confirmed that the device is set to arrive in India soon, with pricing details expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.

The Return of the Fan Edition
Samsung’s Fan Edition, or FE, series has always been a way of responding directly to what users actually want. It takes the most well-received elements of its flagship S series phones and wraps them into a device that’s easier on the wallet. The Galaxy S20 FE, released in 2020, was the first of its kind, and it struck a real chord with buyers. It offered a high-refresh-rate display, a solid camera setup, and the same processor as the flagship Galaxy S20, all at a significantly lower price.
After the S21 FE, Samsung skipped an FE model for the S22 generation. But the series returned with the S23 FE, and now the company is pushing forward again with the Galaxy S25 FE.

Features and Specifications
Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 FE is powered by the Exynos 2400 chip, which is also used in the regular S25 models in several markets. That gives the phone more than enough muscle to handle demanding tasks, especially the AI-driven features that Samsung is leaning into more and more.
The display is a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It reaches up to 1,900 nits of peak brightness and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. The viewing experience is bright, smooth, and sharp, which is pretty much what you’d hope for at this price point.
