Generate Interlocking Guitar And Bass Ideas
- Prompt for two complementary parts instead of one dense guitar wall: “part A: high-register tapped eighths with rests; part B: low two-note answer on beats 3 and 7.”
- Generate the bass separately when possible. Request short notes that mirror only selected guitar accents, leaving gaps before transitions.
- Add a contrast section: “four bars of sparse clean guitar, one bar of silence, then a louder full-band entrance in 4/4.” Sudden dynamic changes are central to the style, but no listed tool guarantees that a prompt will produce them exactly.

Shape Sections And Transitions

Keep the lyric field empty or request an instrumental if you want an instrumental demo; confirm the current plan behavior before relying on it. Make A Clean Phone-Based Revision Pass
- Listen through Galaxy earbuds and the phone speaker. Mark every place where the odd-meter accent disappears.
- Reduce competing layers during the first guitar entrance. Math rock depends on audible part relationships, so mute pads or extra percussion that hide the grouping.
- Shorten reverb tails before stop-time hits. Leave a full tail only when you want the next section to feel continuous.
