Overview

Teloz IVR is a business calling system for organizations that need callers routed through multi-level menus. It best suits operations teams that want to adjust call flows without code and use CRM lookups to steer callers. Its free tier is a useful starting point, but the small monthly allowance makes a paid plan necessary for regular call traffic.

The drag-and-drop builder gives operations staff a way to change routing without relying on code, though teams still need to design and maintain the logic behind each path. Menus can branch by time of day, language, or caller location; combining those rules with voice and keypad choices gives callers several ways through a flow.

Teloz supports NLP speech recognition and DTMF keypad input in the same flow, with keypad input available as a fallback. CRM lookups can also inform routing. Analytics are available on every IVR node, offering a way to examine individual points in a call path rather than only the overall flow.

The product also supports speech input, a visual flow builder, webhooks or API access, and call recording. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations are included on Professional. Teloz says it encrypts data in transit with TLS 1.3 and SRTP and at rest with AES-256; its stated identity controls, including SAML 2.0 SSO, SCIM 2.0 provisioning, MFA, role-based access, and tamper-evident audit logs, apply to every plan.

Teloz was founded in 2005 and lists its address in Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Its network operations center is staffed 24/7, and the company says it responds to customer inquiries within one business day. For US and Canadian traffic, Teloz says it provides STIR/SHAKEN A-level attestation and automated failover across at least three carrier paths.

Key features

Visual flow building: A drag-and-drop editor lets operations teams create and revise flows without code. That is useful for teams that change menus often, but it does not eliminate the need to plan the routing logic.
Rule-based menus: Nested prompts can branch by schedule, language, or caller location, making the system a stronger fit for businesses serving callers across hours or regions.
Speech and keypad input: NLP and DTMF can coexist, with keypad entry as a fallback to voice recognition. That gives callers an alternative when speaking is inconvenient or unsuitable.
CRM-aware routing: A CRM lookup can influence where an incoming caller is sent. The named Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations are part of Professional, so teams that depend on those connections should budget for that tier.
Node analytics and recording: Analytics are listed for every IVR node, while call recording is a product capability. Recording retention varies by plan, from 30 days on Professional to one year on Enterprise.
Security and network continuity: Teloz states that it encrypts data in transit and at rest and includes enterprise identity controls on all plans. Its stated failover across at least three carrier paths and A-level attestation for US and Canadian traffic may matter to organizations prioritizing call continuity and caller verification.

Pricing

Teloz uses a freemium model. The 14-day trial includes every feature free and requires no credit card, making it a practical way to assess higher-tier capabilities before committing.

Plan	Price	What it includes	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free	Free forever; 100 US/Canada calling minutes, 50 SMS segments, one local DID, and 25 AI receptionist minutes per month; iOS and Android apps.	Individuals or small teams checking basic call flows; the monthly minute and message caps are restrictive for ongoing business use.
Starter	7.99 USD per month, per user	Unlimited US/Canada calling, business SMS and MMS, call queues and CNAM, AI assistant, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.	Teams needing regular calling and queues without the CRM integrations or longer recording window of higher tiers.
Professional	15.99 USD per month, per user	Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho integrations; 30-day call recording; 100 AI receptionist minutes per month; omnichannel inbox; and a 99.95% uptime SLA.	Teams that need the named CRM connections or an omnichannel inbox, and can use a larger AI receptionist allowance.
Enterprise	25.99 USD per month, per user	Predictive auto-dialer, 300 AI receptionist minutes per month, one-year call recording, Analytics Pro dashboards, and a 99.99% uptime SLA.	Organizations that value longer recording retention, dialer features, more AI receptionist minutes, or a higher uptime commitment.
Custom	Custom pricing	Minimum 50 seats; white-labeling and rebranding, dedicated CSM, 99.999% uptime SLA, custom AI and voice cloning, and data warehouse export.	Larger organizations needing these capabilities and able to meet the seat minimum.

The free plan is capped at 100 US/Canada calling minutes and 50 SMS segments monthly, so it is better for a light trial than a busy line. Starter removes the calling cap for US/Canada traffic and adds business messaging and queues, but it does not include the CRM integrations, 30-day recording, or omnichannel inbox offered on Professional. Enterprise raises the AI receptionist allowance from 100 to 300 minutes and extends recording from 30 days to one year. Custom requires at least 50 seats, so it is not a natural step for smaller teams.

Platforms

Teloz supports Android, iOS, and the web. The Free plan specifically includes iOS and Android apps.

Who it's for

Teloz is a good fit for operations teams that need editable call flows, branching by caller context, and CRM-aware routing. Professional is the clearest match for teams using Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho; Starter suits teams focused on business calling, queues, and messaging. The free tier can serve low-volume evaluation, while businesses with substantial traffic should account for its tight monthly caps.

It is less suitable for organizations that need a no-cost plan for sustained call volume or cannot meet Custom's 50-seat minimum but require its white-labeling or dedicated account support.

Pros and cons

Pros: Visual flow editing gives operations teams a way to revise menus without code; voice and keypad input can share a flow; routing can use schedule, language, location, or CRM lookup; analytics cover every IVR node.
Pros: SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA, role-based access, and tamper-evident audit logs are included across plans, rather than reserved for the top tiers.
Cons: The free allowance is limited to 100 US/Canada calling minutes and 50 SMS segments per month, which constrains routine use.
Cons: The named CRM integrations start at Professional, and the 30-day recording window also requires that tier; teams needing longer retention must move to Enterprise.
Cons: Custom pricing comes with a 50-seat minimum, excluding smaller teams from its white-label and custom AI options.

Verdict

Choose Teloz IVR if your team wants to manage branching menus without code and needs CRM-aware routing, per-node analytics, and security controls across plan levels. The free plan is suitable for a small-scale evaluation, while Professional is the practical fit for the named CRM integrations. Look elsewhere if the free monthly caps are too low for your call traffic or you need Custom features without a 50-seat commitment.
