Overview

Clients can make appointments through a link at any time without creating an account, which removes a signup hurdle for customers. Each barber can keep separate schedules and services, while appointment history and client records support routine shop management. The focus is bookings rather than a wider retail or business-management suite.

Google Calendar integration can read, create, and modify events to synchronize appointments, and access can be revoked in Google Account settings. BarberíaClub says it does not sell personal information; it shares data with service providers, Google when calendar integration is authorized, or when legally required. The company describes technical and organizational safeguards, while noting internet transmission cannot be guaranteed fully secure. It also says Calendar data is not used for advertising or profiling and that its Google API use follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Key features

Online booking: A continuously available booking page lets clients reserve without an account. That is useful for shops seeking a direct booking route without asking customers to join a service first.
Per-barber scheduling: Separate schedules and services for each barber help shops manage multiple providers, and appointment history gives the team a record of prior bookings.
WhatsApp notifications: Free sends a WhatsApp notification to the barber when a booking is made. Pro adds confirmations and reminders to clients, making it the more useful tier for shops that want appointment communication to reach customers automatically.
Calendar synchronization: Google Calendar access includes reading, creating, and modifying events. Shops that rely on Google Calendar can synchronize appointments, with the option to revoke access through Google Account settings.
Cloud access: The service requires no installation and works on internet-connected devices. Its terms also allow for technical failures, downtime, or maintenance, so uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Pricing

The freemium structure gives a solo barber a useful way to start, but its caps are strict: Free is 0.00 USD per free, billed Free forever, and allows 30 bookings per month, one barber, and two services. It includes schedule blocking, an online booking page, and the WhatsApp notification to the barber on a new booking. A second barber, more services, or bookings beyond the monthly allowance calls for an upgrade.

Pro (monthly) is 15.00 USD per month, billed $15/month. Pro (yearly) is 150.00 USD per year, billed $150/year. Both remove booking, barber, and service limits and add WhatsApp confirmations and client reminders, a client cancellation link, a customizable booking page, and priority support. Monthly Pro fits shops that want flexibility; yearly Pro is the lower-cost choice over a full year at the stated rates, but commits the shop to annual billing. A 7-day trial is available. Pro is the relevant plan for multi-barber shops or teams whose booking volume outgrows Free.

Platforms

Barbería Club is available on Android, iOS, and the web. As a cloud-based service, it requires an internet connection and no software installation.

Who it's for

Small and medium barber shops, from a single barber to a multi-barber team, are the clearest fit. Hair salons can also use the appointment and service scheduling. Free is a sensible starting point for a solo operator with modest booking volume; teams needing multiple barber schedules, more than two services, or client-facing WhatsApp reminders should budget for Pro. The service requires users to be at least 18 years old.

Pros and cons

Pros

Customers can book without an account: The booking link is available 24/7 and avoids adding a signup step.
Free covers a real solo-shop workflow: It includes online booking and schedule blocking, not just a trial period, within its 30-booking, one-barber, two-service caps.
Pro scales the core limits: Unlimited bookings, barbers, and services address the main constraints of the free tier, while client reminders and priority support add practical value for busier shops.

Cons

The free tier is narrow: One barber and two services make it unsuitable for even a small multi-provider shop, and 30 monthly bookings can constrain a busy solo barber.
Client WhatsApp reminders require Pro: Free notifies the barber, not the client, when a booking is made.
Access depends on the service: The terms do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a consideration for shops that rely on online scheduling.

Verdict

Barbería Club is a good fit for a solo barber or a small shop that wants account-free online booking, separate staff schedules, and a low-cost path from free to unlimited bookings. Choose Pro when the shop needs multiple barbers, more services, or client WhatsApp reminders. Look elsewhere if the priority is a broader POS, inventory, or business-management toolkit rather than appointment operations.
