You can release AI-generated music only after checking two separate questions: whether the service’s plan gives you permission for your intended use, and whether your contribution is eligible for copyright protection. A commercial-use license from a generator does not by itself make an entirely AI-generated track copyrightable in the United States. - Disclose synthetic content when required. YouTube requires creators to label realistic altered or synthetic content that could be mistaken for a real person’s performance.
