Zuora Billing is a paid billing and invoicing product for subscription, usage-based, hybrid, and multi-attribute pricing. It supports recurring invoices, one-time charges, consumption billing, professional services, online payments, payment reminders, and pricing in multiple currencies. Zuora says its native mediation engine can stream up to 200,000 usage events per second. Billing with Zuora Payments connects to more than 40 gateways and over 20 payment methods. Pre-built connectors cover CRM and commerce, CPQ, ERP, and data warehouse systems. The v1 REST API exposes product catalogs, customer accounts, orders, subscriptions, and billing documents. Zuora lists SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS Level 1, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27018, TRUSTe, and HIPAA among its security and compliance standards. Growth, Enterprise, and Nine editions each include 10 million annual usage events with mediation; additional events are an add-on. Standard Support includes community access and availability monitoring around the clock, live global support during listed hours, ticket and email support, and unlimited included incidents.
