X-CD
What it is
X-CD provides integrated association and conference management software for academic associations and conferences. Event tools cover programs, speakers, abstracts, disclosures, peer review, registration, payments, onsite services, continuing education, virtual events, and webinars. Association tools include individual and corporate memberships, member applications and directories, analytics, voting, mentoring, job boards, donations, and payments. The company also describes AI features for abstract keyword detection, completeness checks, scoring suggestions, clustering, predictive analytics, and natural language search. Its conference app syncs speaker, attendee, exhibitor, and program information, with real-time agenda updates, favorites, push notifications, networking, and content access controls. X-CD offers application forms, a speaker portal, contract management, session assignments, and email automation. Modules include flexible configuration settings, and integrations with other platforms are available. The container app can publish without an Apple Developer Account; branded and multi-event apps require one. X-CD lists a SOC 2 Type 1 Certificate and describes timestamped consent records, personal-data erasure tools, and email preference and consent management. Pricing is custom and depends on chosen modules and services; the form asks for counts of submissions, members, attendees, exhibitors or sponsors, and credited participants. A 30-day trial is available.
