SeatPlanning
What it is
SeatPlanning is a web application for building event seating charts and floor plans, then collecting and managing RSVPs. Its editor lets you arrange tables, seats, rooms, walls, labels, icons, and images by drag and drop. Guest lists can be imported from .xlsx files by selecting a worksheet and matching columns to guest fields or custom questions. Guests can respond through a public link or QR code, and QR tickets can be scanned at the event entrance. An AI importer accepts a venue photo or PDF and detects floor-plan elements for review before saving them to a chart. The free builder works without an account and stores creations in browser local storage. The Free plan is free, limited to one project, 40 seats per project, five tables, and 80 elements; PDF exports are watermarked and Excel export is unavailable. Event Pass is $29, paid once, billed 90 days, for premium features on one chart. Monthly Premium is $39 a month, and Professional is $89 a month.
