It combines scheduling, charting, client records, digital forms, treatment plans, inventory tracking, payments, and marketing in one service. AI features include charting assistance, a medical scribe, treatment-plan generation, and marketing campaigns. Its booking system can be embedded in an existing website with a one-line script, while clients book from mobile or desktop browsers without downloading an app. Client messaging remains inside Reviva, where messages are encrypted and logged with the client record. Reviva says it is HIPAA compliant, includes a Business Associate Agreement on every account, encrypts data in transit and at rest, and provides role-based access with audit logging. Card data is tokenized through a PCI-DSS Level 1 processor, so card numbers do not reach Reviva servers.
