RAQOZ Purchase Approvals is a web workflow for recording purchasing decisions before a supplier commitment. That person can approve, reject, or log a controlled exception with an attributable reason. An authorised request can continue into RFQ, comparison, award, and order without entering the decision again. Material actions retain the actor and timestamp, while corrections add new evidence instead of silently rewriting history.
