Mobilus Visual IVR
Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan
What it is
Mobilus Visual IVR is a web service that displays inquiry channels and routes customers to destinations suited to their needs and call-center conditions. Menus can direct people to FAQs, web chat, LINE, chatbots, voicebots or telephone support. A button or QR code can launch the menu, which may also appear as a popup or small window without changing an existing page structure. A graphical scenario editor lets teams map flows and alter IVR button destinations with drag-and-drop editing. Design modes include simple layouts and HTML/CSS customization, with up to 50 templates registerable. Each scenario flow can contain up to 100 contents, with smartphone and PC previews. Analytics cover access totals, referral sources and user journeys, with reporting windows and ranking limits specified by the maker. A voicebot can send an SMS linking callers to the menu. Pricing is available by inquiry.
