What it is
Grantora is a web platform for NGOs and civil society organizations preparing grant proposals under donor requirements. It organizes user inputs around donor logic and flags missing or misaligned elements, while leaving review and final wording decisions to users. For a call for proposals, users can submit a PDF, text, or link; Grantora extracts eligibility, priorities, evaluation criteria, deadlines, required attachments, and a compliance checklist. It exports working drafts in Word or PDF for review and submission through official donor channels. A fundraising assistant explains donor terminology, compliance requirements, calls for proposals, and monitoring-and-evaluation concepts, while offering writing suggestions. Arabic and English are its launch languages, with French available as an extended working language. Grantora says customer data is hosted in Microsoft Azure EU regions in France and that AI processing uses zero-retention controls, does not train on customer data, and does not share it with third parties. Direct integration with existing donor systems is not currently available. The Community plan is free; paid plans are €89 per quarter or €299 per year for Core, €179 per quarter or €599 per year for Growing, and €299 per quarter or €999 per year for Impact.
