Frappe CRM
Frappe CRM · Mumbai, Maharashtra, India · founded 2008
What it is
Frappe CRM helps sales teams manage leads, deals, communications, views, reports, and follow-ups. Leads can come from web forms, incoming email, WhatsApp, Facebook lead ads, manual entry, or spreadsheet imports. Teams can convert leads into deals and track them through customizable stages in a Kanban pipeline. Visual workflow automations can send emails, assign sales reps, update fields, or call webhooks. Users can add custom fields, statuses, and actions, and connect listed integrations such as ERPNext, WhatsApp, Meta, Twilio, and Exotel; third-party apps can also connect through APIs. All plans include unlimited leads, deals, contacts, and sales agents without per-user pricing. Frappe CRM is open source and can run on Frappe Cloud or a customer’s own server. Self-hosting costs nothing under the AGPL-3.0 license. Frappe Cloud Sites costs $5 a month, billed onwards /mo, for one site; Servers costs $20 a month, billed onwards /mo, for multiple sites. It works in a phone browser and can be added to the home screen. The product describes itself as suited to small or mid-sized sales teams and businesses outgrowing spreadsheets.
