FitSync
What it is
FitSync is personal training software for trainers, coaches, therapists, and fitness and healthcare professionals managing workouts and client relationships. Trainers can track client progress remotely using charts, trend lines, reports, and analysis. The software supports creating exercises, workouts, and multi-week programs, as well as private libraries and uploaded exercise videos. Its exercise library contains over 2,000 exercises with instructions and videos, searchable by muscle group, modality, or free text. Workouts can be scheduled to alternate, skip days, or repeat, and schedules appear on trainers’ and clients’ handheld devices. Messaging works through handheld devices and Web accounts. Downloaded workouts can be logged on a handheld device without a constant Internet connection. FitSync offers a free membership with unlimited Web storage and free exercises, workouts, and multi-week plans. Mobile Premium and Professional plans are also listed, starting at $4.95 a month for Mobile Premium and $19.95 a month for Professional.
