Connect a Gmail or Outlook account and Ellie can categorize incoming messages and save suggested replies as drafts for review. It never sends email without the user reviewing and sending it. Website URLs and uploaded PDF, TXT, DOCX, PPTX, or MD files can supply factual context, while roles provide different personas, knowledge bases, and tones for different types of email. Ellie works on the web, through browser extensions, and on Windows; extensions are listed for Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, and a native Outlook desktop add-in is available. The free plan permits 10 draft replies a day, one connected account, and one team seat, but excludes auto-drafts. Casual costs $19 a month and Business costs $39 a month; Professional costs $79 a month. Limits and included capabilities vary across plans. Email content is processed by OpenAI and/or Azure OpenAI; Ellie says it does not use email data to train general models.
