Brixton, London, United Kingdom

What it is

eCasework is case management and CRM software for councillors, MLAs, AMs, MPs, MSPs and unions. It brings together case records, contacts, email, a diary and file storage, with tools to track issues, deadlines and events. Search spans caseload information, and reminders help users follow up on cases. Forwarding messages from configured email addresses can create cases automatically; messages and replies sent from a case are added to its history. The cloud-based service runs in a browser on a computer, tablet or smartphone, with no software download required. Its calendar can sync to iOS or Android devices through a calendar link. The Individuals plan costs £100.00 per year, billed annually, and includes unlimited cases and contacts, up to three caseworkers and dedicated support. A 30-day trial requires no card details and can be cancelled at any time. A Teams plan is also offered, with pricing available on request. The service is available on Android, iOS and web.
