What it is
CalMov is web-based booking software for mobile service businesses that accounts for travel between customer appointments. Lite users set a fixed travel gap themselves; Pro checks roads and expected traffic around a proposed appointment and checks the journey again before confirmation. Pro can calculate travel charges using distance or journey-time brackets for the one-way trip from the business base to the customer. Businesses can set a service-area limit, working hours, breaks, time off, minimum booking notice and appointment start intervals. Reusable profiles can store details about a person, pet or vehicle, and customers can recover saved profiles by email without an account or password. CalMov connects to Google Calendar to show confirmed bookings and consider busy time when checking availability. Booking pages can be linked or embedded on a business website; payments use Stripe, subject to plan and location. Lite is free for one person and up to two services, with unlimited Lite services for $6/mo. Pro is $29/mo at the Founder price, with a stated standard price of $39. Team is listed at $49/mo but is coming soon. During the founder launch, each account supports one person taking bookings.
