C3 is ATG’s proprietary enterprise software for managing community operations. ATG presents it to community management companies and self-managed associations, with Android and web access plus mobile apps. Operational tools cover association management, work orders, maintenance, architectural review and covenant tracking. C3 supports online dues collection and association accounting. ATG describes its cloud offering as scalable, with data access available around the clock. TownSq is integrated for resident engagement, payments, common-area reservations, maintenance requests, association documents and task updates. Other integration partners support invoice processing, mailing and check printing, while banking partners can automate banking tasks from C3. ATG offers standard or customized implementation plans and account reconciliation from previous software. Initial training is web-based, with onsite sessions when needed.
