AI-generated music is not automatically cleared for every use. Before adding a track to a monetized video, ad, podcast, game, or streaming release, check the tool’s license for your plan and intended use, save the terms and proof of license, and confirm that any voice, sample, or recognizable artist imitation was used with the necessary consent. On a Galaxy phone, you can create or review tracks in mobile apps where available or in a browser; the license still comes from the service’s terms, not the device.
What An AI Music License Does—and Does Not—Tell You
A service may grant permission to use a generated track commercially while retaining ownership of it or limiting which plans qualify. For example, Musicful says downloaded tracks come with a non-exclusive perpetual license for content use and monetization, while Musicful retains ownership. Its commercial-use terms also distinguish paid plans from Free/Basic, which are non-commercial. Read the terms for the exact track and plan you used.

Plan names and licensing boundaries matter more than a general “royalty-free” label. The table reflects the stated terms; where a free plan’s commercial status is not established, treat that as unresolved and check the vendor’s current terms before using a track commercially.

Choose A License For The Job
Monetized Social Video Or Podcast
Identify the channel and whether it is monetized, then check whether the track’s plan permits that use. Suno states paid-subscriber songs can be used as video background music; Soundverse describes commercial licensing for releasing and monetizing tracks; Musicful describes monetized content use under its download license. Those statements do not make every free tier commercially cleared.
Advertising, Client Work, Film, Or Games
Check the named use explicitly in the license before delivery. Eleven Music’s stated commercial rights exclude film, TV, and studio games, so its general commercial-use wording does not cover those categories. For any other tool, confirm the specific client, advertising, film, or game use in its current plan terms rather than assuming “commercial” covers it.

Streaming Release
Check whether the service permits distribution to streaming platforms and whether the plan allows commercial release. Musicful says its text-to-music tracks can be shared on Spotify and Apple Music; Songin.ai states paid-plan commercial use includes Spotify. Save the license information associated with your download in case a distributor asks about rights.
Make A Track And Keep A Rights Record On Your Galaxy
- Write down the intended use, platform, and whether you will monetize the work or deliver it to a client.
- Before generating or downloading, open the vendor’s current plan terms in your Galaxy browser and confirm that the plan and intended use are covered.
- Use a prompt that describes the musical role and mood without asking for a named artist’s voice or a copy of a recognizable song. For example: “Instrumental background for a short travel video, warm and steady, with a clear melody that leaves room for narration.” The prompt is a creative brief, not a license grant.
- Save the track, the plan name, the date, and a copy or screenshot of the relevant license terms and any license certificate the service provides.
- If you edit the track or combine it with your own performance, keep the project or export that shows your human contribution. This may matter if you later describe the human-authored parts of a mixed work.
- Before publishing, check the destination platform’s disclosure and monetization rules for the content you are uploading.
Voices, Covers, Samples, And Platform Disclosures
Use a voice only when you have permission to use it, and check each service’s terms for voice cloning, uploaded references, samples, and covers. A tool feature or a commercial license does not itself establish consent to imitate a real performer or use someone else’s recording. Suno, Mureka, and Tunee list voice-related capabilities, but their general product descriptions do not establish that a particular voice or source recording is authorized.

Spotify says vocal impersonation is allowed only when the impersonated artist has authorized it, and it supports AI disclosures in credits. YouTube requires creators to disclose realistic altered or synthetic content that could be mistaken for a real person’s performance. Its inauthentic-content policy addresses mass-produced, repetitive, or template-based uploads rather than AI use by itself. Check the platform’s current instructions when publishing because a music license does not replace platform disclosure rules. Spotify AI protections announcement YouTube policy clarification
