For AI experimental music, the strongest supported options here are Suno for pushing a song toward unusual results, Baza Drums for adventurous editable drum patterns, Beat Shaper for shaping electronic parts, and Eleven Music for transitions between genres. On a Galaxy phone, Suno is the clearest fit because it is listed for Android; the other three are best approached as browser or desktop workflows, with device compatibility details to check before relying on them.
What Experimental Music Needs From A Generator
Experimental music often depends on controlled surprise: an unexpected rhythm, an unlikely sound combination, or a sharp change in musical direction. A useful generator should expose some way to steer that unpredictability or revise individual parts. The options below have specific controls that can support those goals, but none is established here as a dedicated experimental-music generator. Check each service for the particular sounds, techniques, and output formats your project requires.

Best AI Experimental Music Generators, Ranked
| Rank | Tool | Experimental angle | Galaxy use | Price information |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Suno | Weirdness and style sliders; complete songs | Android app listed | Free plan; paid from $8/month |
| 2 | Baza Drums | Chaos control for adventurous MIDI drum grooves | Windows and macOS; no Galaxy app listed | €59 one-time |
| 3 | Beat Shaper | Editable electronic parts with syncopation control | Browser-based; Galaxy compatibility not stated | Free plan; paid from €9/month |
| 4 | Eleven Music | Genre transitions and section editing | Web and API; no Galaxy app listed | Free plan; paid from $6/month |
1. Suno: Best For Strange Complete-Song Ideas
Suno is the most direct starting point when the experiment needs vocals, lyrics, instruments, and production in a single generated song. Its style controls include weirdness, and it supports exclusions, vocal gender, and style steering. On a Galaxy phone, its listed Android app makes it the most clearly supported mobile choice in this roundup.
Try a prompt such as: “A tense, rhythmically unstable electronic song with clipped percussion, a restrained vocal, and abrupt changes in texture; avoid a conventional pop chorus.” Then adjust the weirdness and style controls to explore variations. This is a prompt example, not a claim that Suno guarantees those musical results.

The Free Plan has 50 credits per day and permits audio uploads up to 8 minutes; the free plan does not include commercial rights or stem separation. Pro is listed from $8 per month, with commercial-use rights and up to 20 song downloads per month in the product details. Suno’s site also describes up to 500 songs a month on Pro, so check current plan terms for the applicable generation and download limits before subscribing. The Premier plan adds Suno Studio, multitrack editing, and MIDI export.
2. Baza Drums: Best For Adventurous MIDI Rhythms
Baza Drums is a focused pick for experiments built around rhythm rather than a finished vocal song. Its Chaos control changes how adventurous the generator is, and its style-inspired models include House, Breakbeat, and Hybrid. Generate a groove, raise Chaos to explore less predictable patterns, then use the editable MIDI in a compatible DAW to shape the result.

A practical starting prompt for a separate sketch could be: “Hybrid breakbeat groove, uneven-feeling accents, sparse kick, and busy percussion.” Treat that as a direction for your own work; the listed product facts establish style models and the Chaos control, not natural-language prompt support. Baza Drums costs €59 as a one-time purchase and runs on Windows and macOS. It outputs MIDI, so you need your own drum instrument or sampler to hear it as audio. It is not listed as a Galaxy app.
3. Beat Shaper: Best For Building Experimental Electronic Loops
Beat Shaper fits electronic sketches that need editable layers. It generates drums, basslines, synth parts, loops, and arrangements in the browser, with piano-roll editing and controls for genre, mood, energy, and syncopation. Its supported styles include Acid, Techno, House, and Drum & Bass. Those controls offer ways to make a loop less conventional, although experimental-music presets or a dedicated experimental genre are not established.

On a computer, sketch a syncopated Acid or Techno pattern, then adjust the drum, bass, and synth parts separately. The service says its loops work with popular DAWs, including Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, and FL Studio. Beat Shaper runs in a browser rather than as a standalone desktop app, but Galaxy browser compatibility is not stated. Starter is limited to 32 MIDI clips, and its downloads are MP3 only for non-commercial use. Paid plans start at €9 per month; Creator includes commercial usage rights and MIDI, MP3, and WAV downloads.
4. Eleven Music: Best For Abrupt Genre Changes In A Song
Eleven Music is useful when the experiment is a continuous track that moves between contrasting styles. It supports genre transitions, section editing, inpainting, and adjustments to genre, mood, instruments, and structure. For example, describe a piece that shifts from sparse ambient passages into heavy metal, then use section editing to refine a transition. Its service describes this kind of opera-to-heavy-metal shift, but check whether the specific transition and sound you want are supported.

Eleven Music is available through the web and API rather than a broader app ecosystem, so a dedicated Galaxy app is not established. The Free plan lists 10,000 credits per month and personal-use restrictions. Paid plans start at $6 per month, but commercial rights vary by plan and the stated terms exclude film, TV, and studio games; check the vendor’s terms for your intended use.

- For a fast song sketch on mobile: Start with Suno, the only option here explicitly listed with an Android app.
- For mobile browser experiments: Beat Shaper is browser-based, but Galaxy compatibility is not stated. Confirm that its controls and downloads work on your device before building a workflow around it.
- For MIDI drum work: Baza Drums is listed for Windows and macOS, so plan to use a compatible computer and DAW.
- For a multi-section track: Eleven Music offers section editing and genre transitions through web and API access; check the vendor for Galaxy browser requirements.
For a useful experiment, change one musical idea at a time: keep the mood but alter the rhythm, or keep the rhythm and change the instrumentation. Save versions and compare them on your Galaxy phone, then move any MIDI or audio exports into the editing setup supported by the chosen product. Supported export formats differ, so check the product details before planning a handoff.
