For a Samsung Galaxy user seeking an AI West Coast beat generator, AIRAP is the strongest fit in this roundup: West Coast is among its listed genres, and it generates a beat, vocals, and mix as a complete song. Songen also explicitly supports Westcoast Rap, but it has no Android version, so it is not an option to install on a Galaxy phone.

1. AIRAP: Best For A Complete West Coast Song
AIRAP suits a Galaxy user who wants a finished song concept rather than editable MIDI parts. West Coast appears in its supported genre list, and AIRAP says its AI rap generator handles the beat, vocals, and mix without requiring a DAW or studio. It delivers a mastered song in under 90 seconds; you can preview it, regenerate takes as credits allow, and download the audio file when generation finishes.

The available details do not establish Android availability, a price, or whether you can specify individual West Coast instruments or arrangement choices. Check AIRAP’s site for those specifics before building a workflow around your phone.
2. Songen: Best For Building A West Coast Beat Part By Part
Songen names Westcoast Rap as a style and generates editable MIDI loops for lead, chords, bass, and drums. You can shape a song part by part, regenerate sections, edit notes in a piano roll, and export MIDI, lossless WAV audio, or separate stems offline. That makes it the more detailed beat-building option here, but it runs on iPhone, iPad, and Mac; there is no Android version for Galaxy phones.

What To Put In A West Coast Beat Brief
A useful West Coast brief should say how the beat should feel and what role each part plays. The examples below are creative directions, not confirmed controls or guaranteed outputs in either product. Songen describes generating in a music style, while AIRAP lists West Coast as a genre; neither product’s supplied details establish that every instrument or arrangement instruction can be controlled. Check the generator’s available input options and listen for the result you want.
