Overview

Growyze covers ordering, delivery records, invoice checks, inventory, waste and recipes. That breadth can help hospitality operators keep purchasing and stock routines connected to cost and margin information, rather than managing each in isolation. It is aimed at food and beverage businesses, including multi-location operators.

Key features

Stock, purchasing and waste

Barcode scanning and digital stocksheets support stock counts, and Growyze says these tools can cut stocktake time by 60%. Purchase orders and waste tracking extend the workflow beyond inventory. The claimed time saving is appealing for venues with frequent counts, but should not be treated as a guaranteed result.

Enterprise includes stock transfers for multi-site operations. Square, Clover, Go-EPOS and Newbridge logos appear among its POS integrations, with Xero and Sage for accounting. These integrations may matter to teams already using those systems.

Invoice checks and reporting

Automated three-way validation compares orders, deliveries and invoices to flag discrepancies. It can provide a useful check across the purchasing chain, but Pro includes only 25 validations per venue before charging £0.50 per invoice; businesses processing many invoices should account for that usage cost.

Dashboards compare expected and actual cost of goods sold, show gross profit analysis and track item price changes. Recipe management adds costing, margin calculations and allergen information, connecting menu details with cost oversight.

Access and support

Growyze works on Android, iOS and desktop browsers without a separate download. Setup help is available, and support is offered by email, phone and in-person training. Those options may help operators rolling out a new back-office process across staff or venues.

Pricing

The Free plan is free. It allows 2 stocktakes, 5 supplier orders, 50 suppliers, 5 delivery notes, 10 automated invoice validations, 10 recipes and 10 dishes, 20 waste records, and 1 of each report. Those caps make it a practical way for a small operation to assess the workflow, but not a generous ongoing tier for a busy venue.

Pro costs 79.00 USD per month, billed monthly, per venue, with unlimited users and 25 automated invoice validations before the £0.50 per-invoice charge. It removes the Free plan’s listed caps on several routine records, but its invoice allowance remains an important cost boundary. The 30-day trial requires no card; setup on or off site is available upon request.

Enterprise has custom pricing for bigger or enterprise food and beverage businesses. It includes unlimited automated order imports, multi-site rollout and stock transfers, making it the relevant tier for operators needing those capabilities; price and invoice allowance will depend on the custom arrangement.

Platforms

Growyze supports Android, iOS and web access through desktop browsers as well as mobile devices.

Who it's for

Growyze is a strong fit for hotels, restaurants, multi-location cafés and bars that need purchasing, stock counts, waste records, invoice checks and recipe costing in one back-office product. Smaller operators can start with Free, while Pro is more appropriate when its paid capacity and unlimited users suit a venue’s workload. High invoice volumes or multi-site stock movement may point toward Enterprise or another product.

Pros and cons

Pros: Broad coverage of inventory, purchasing, waste, invoice validation and recipe costing can reduce the need to separate these back-office routines.
Pros: The no-card 30-day trial and Free tier let teams explore the workflow before taking on the monthly Pro price.
Pros: Pro allows unlimited users per venue, useful when multiple staff need access.
Cons: Free caps stocktakes, orders, delivery notes, validations, recipes, dishes and waste records, so it may be outgrown quickly.
Cons: Pro’s 25 included validations and £0.50 charge for each further invoice make costs sensitive to invoice volume.
Cons: Enterprise pricing is custom, so larger operators must seek a quote to evaluate the cost.

Alternatives

For another paid option with Android, iOS and web access, consider Craftable or FOOD-TRAK; the supplied details do not distinguish their feature sets. BlueCart is also paid and supports Android, iOS, web and API; its Wholesale pricing depends on selected features and requires contacting the vendor. Choose it if that pricing arrangement suits your evaluation.

Millum Procurement offers custom pricing, individually or through a purchasing organization, with optional modules based on needs; it may suit buyers who prefer that purchasing structure. ChefMod has no free plan or trial and charges 199.00 USD per month per location for its Network plan, which includes in-network supplier programs, negotiated group pricing, marketplace ordering and supplier onboarding; choose it if those supplier-network features are the priority.

i-curate is another paid option, without a free plan. MarketMan has no free plan; its Starter plan is 249.00 USD per month for independent operators, with one vendor EDI integration and 50 AI-powered invoice scans per month. Supy has no free plan and starts at 250.00 USD per month for one comprehensive plan, with a tailored quote depending on operational setup, number of locations and payment terms. Consider these options if their stated plan structures better match your requirements.

Verdict

Growyze is best for hospitality operators who want to connect purchasing, inventory, waste and recipe costs in one back-office system, with mobile and browser access and support for multiple venues. Its strongest reason to choose is that operational breadth; its clearest reason to look elsewhere is the limited Pro invoice allowance and per-invoice charge, especially for high-volume buyers.
