Overview

desk.ly is a hybrid-workplace booking system for teams coordinating desks, rooms and parking across an office. It is a strong fit for organisations that want booking analytics alongside reservations, but mobile access and broader capabilities are tied to higher plans.

Employees can reserve workplace resources, while administrators can use booking data to assess office occupancy and utilisation. Browser access works over an internet connection without dedicated software, hardware or servers; native Android and iOS apps are also offered on eligible plans.

Key features

Bookings across the office

desk.ly brings desk, meeting-room and parking reservations together, with floor-plan views and booking check-in. That breadth can simplify office coordination, but Corporate is limited to desk booking; meeting rooms, parking and guest booking arrive with Enterprise.

Utilisation and occupancy

Analytics use booking records to show office occupancy and utilisation, helping organisations identify where space may be optimised. The desk.ly Connect add-on tracks actual workplace use, automates check-in and provides utilisation insights without costly hardware investments. That distinction matters for teams that need actual-use signals rather than estimates based on reservations.

Visitors, integrations and security

Visitors can have desks, meeting rooms or parking spaces booked for office visits, a useful extension for workplaces coordinating guest arrivals and resources. The site advertises more than 250 integrations, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook and Google Calendar. Enterprise Plus adds HRIS connections such as Workday, Personio and SAP SuccessFactors, calendar synchronisation and a RESTful API. Every plan is marked GDPR compliant and ISO/IEC 27001 certified.

Pricing

The free plan costs 0.00 EUR per free and supports up to 15 users for as long as you like. It includes Enterprise features, making it a generous way for a small team to assess the platform, though the user cap limits its usefulness as an organisation grows. A free trial is also offered.

Corporate costs 165.00 EUR per month, billed per user and month. It includes desk booking, analytics, Microsoft/Google SSO and the Microsoft Teams app. It suits teams focused on desk reservations and utilisation, but gives up rooms, parking, guest booking, the native mobile app and personalised support.

Enterprise costs 275.00 EUR per month, billed per user and month. It adds meeting rooms and catering, parking, guest booking, the mobile app and personalised customer support. This is the more complete fit for offices managing multiple kinds of reservations and visitors; mobile access is not included in Corporate.

Enterprise Plus uses custom pricing and requires 300+ licenses. It adds an API, HRIS integrations, calendar synchronisation and heatmap analytics, making it relevant to large organisations with integration and reporting needs rather than smaller teams. The plan comparison also names a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Plus.

Platforms

desk.ly supports web, Android, iOS and an API. The native mobile app supports desk, meeting-room and parking bookings, but is included only in Enterprise and Enterprise Plus, not Corporate. Web access requires an internet connection and does not require special software, hardware or servers.

Who it's for

desk.ly suits hybrid workplaces that need to coordinate several office resources and use booking patterns to understand space utilisation. Its free tier is approachable for teams of up to 15 users, while Enterprise is the practical step up for organisations that need room, parking and visitor bookings. Smaller teams that mainly want desk booking may find the lower tiers sufficient; organisations needing mobile booking should account for the Enterprise threshold.

Pros and cons

Pros: A single platform covers desks, meeting rooms and parking, with visitor bookings available on Enterprise.
Pros: Booking analytics help teams assess utilisation, and the Connect add-on adds actual-use tracking and automated check-in without costly hardware investments.
Pros: The free plan supports up to 15 users for as long as needed, and every plan is marked GDPR compliant and ISO/IEC 27001 certified.
Cons: Corporate omits meeting rooms, parking, guest bookings and the native mobile app, so teams wanting a complete booking setup must move to Enterprise.
Cons: Enterprise Plus requires 300+ licenses and custom pricing, putting its advanced integrations and heatmap analytics out of reach for many smaller organisations.

Alternatives

Officely is worth considering for a smaller team: its free plan supports up to five users, while its Basic plan offers simple desk booking for 2.50 USD per month billed per user/per month.

Roomzilla may suit organisations prioritising resource bookings, with a free plan for up to three resources and a Standard yearly option priced at 10.00 USD per year at a monthly rate paid yearly per resource.

deskbird is an alternative for teams seeking desk, room and parking booking with native mobile apps; its Business plan is 4.75 USD per month, billed monthly per active user.

Kadence is another option for organisations comparing workplace operations platforms.

Skedda may fit organisations looking for a paid booking tool with a free trial; its Starter plan for EMEA & APAC is 99.00 USD per month, billed annually, with 15 spaces included and unlimited users and bookings.

Trezod is another paid alternative with a free trial.

WorkInSync may suit larger teams: its Standard annual plan has a 250+ employee minimum and costs 2.25 USD per year per user per month, billed annually.

DeskFlex is another paid option; its Growth plan is 50.00 USD per month on an annual subscription and covers up to 25 spaces.

Verdict

Choose desk.ly if your hybrid workplace needs desk, room and parking bookings alongside utilisation analytics, particularly if you can start with the 15-user free tier or need Enterprise’s broader reservations and mobile app. Look elsewhere if mobile booking is essential but Enterprise is beyond budget, or if your organisation needs Enterprise Plus integrations without a 300-license minimum.
