Overview

Agile CRM brings sales workflows, marketing campaigns, and helpdesk service into one platform. That combination can suit a business seeking a shared view of contacts and customer activity rather than separate tools for each function. The trade-off is that capacity and capabilities vary by plan, so the free tier is a starting point, not an unlimited home for a growing operation.

The service launched in 2013. Its privacy policy describes confidential handling of customer and lead information and SSL encryption during transmission, but is marked effective up to May 24, 2018. Paid plans carry a stated 99.5% uptime guarantee. Businesses handling sensitive customer data should weigh that dated policy against their own current requirements.

Key features

Sales: Contact and deal management, a visual pipeline, lead scoring, appointment scheduling, telephony, and reporting cover common sales workflows. Email sync is supported, while two-way email integration is a Starter feature. Teams that rely on integrated email should account for that plan distinction.
Marketing: Campaign automation, email campaigns and tracking, landing pages, web engagement, and mobile marketing give small teams a broad set of campaign tools in the CRM. Enterprise adds unlimited campaign workflows; the other plans do not state that allowance.
Customer service: Helpdesk ticketing includes groups, labels, canned responses, views, activities, and reports. Helpdesk is included in Free, which makes the entry plan more than a contact database, though its 1,000-contact cap constrains the scale of use.
Mobile and extensions: Android and iOS apps support contact management, campaign sending, and calls. The platform also includes web access, an API, and an extension, giving teams several ways to work with it.
Connections and development: Integrations include Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Zendesk, HelpScout, and LiveHelpNow. REST and language APIs, webhooks, and single sign-on integration add options for connecting Agile CRM to business workflows, but daily API-call allowances rise by plan rather than remaining fixed.

Pricing

Agile CRM uses a freemium model. The free plan costs 0.00 USD per free and allows up to 10 users, 1,000 contacts and companies, unlimited deals, tasks, and documents, email tracking, marketing automation, and helpdesk. It is a meaningful trial of the core mix for a small team; the contact ceiling is the likely reason to move on as the database expands.

Starter costs 8.99 USD per month and raises the allowance to 10,000 contacts and companies. It adds two-way email integration, marketing automation, three plugins/integrations, and 5,000 API calls per day. This is the entry paid choice for teams that need email integration and more records, but three integrations and the daily API quota may be restrictive for businesses with a larger connected stack.

Regular costs 29.99 USD per month and includes 50,000 contacts and companies, two-way telephony, post-call automation, 50+ plugins/integrations, and 10,000 API calls per day. It fits a team that needs call workflows and substantially more connections; the higher monthly price buys those specific expansions rather than unlimited records or API usage.

Enterprise costs 47.99 USD per month and provides unlimited contacts and companies, call recording, automated voicemails, unlimited campaign workflows, and 25,000 API calls per day. It is the clearest fit for businesses that need those upper-tier capacities and calling tools, though API use still has a daily cap. Paid plans have a stated 99.5% uptime guarantee. No trial or billing renewal terms are stated for the plans.

Platforms

Agile CRM runs on the web and offers Android and iOS apps, as well as an API and extension. The mobile apps support contacts, campaigns, and calls, useful for teams that need selected CRM tasks away from a desktop.

Who it's for

Agile CRM is best suited to small and medium-sized businesses that want sales, marketing automation, and helpdesk functions in one service. The free tier can serve a small group with modest contact needs; Starter suits teams needing two-way email and a larger database, while Regular and Enterprise are for businesses whose telephony, integration, contact, or campaign requirements justify the higher spend. It is a less compelling fit for organizations that need contact capacity or API usage without plan-based limits.

Pros and cons

Pro: Sales, marketing, and helpdesk tools sit together, including automation and ticketing even on the free plan. That breadth can reduce the need to coordinate separate systems.
Pro: The free plan supports up to 10 users and includes unlimited deals, tasks, and documents, giving a small team room to use core workflows before paying.
Con: Free contacts and companies are capped at 1,000, and Starter allows only three plugins/integrations. Growing teams may have to upgrade for capacity and connections.
Con: API calls are capped at 500, 5,000, 10,000, and 25,000 per day across the four plans. Even Enterprise is not unlimited for API-dependent workflows.
Con: The privacy policy is marked effective only up to May 24, 2018, a concern for buyers assessing current privacy commitments.

Verdict

Choose Agile CRM if a small or midsize business wants sales, marketing automation, and helpdesk in one platform, with a free entry point and mobile apps. Its strongest case is the breadth of functions under one roof; its main reason to look elsewhere is the plan-based ceiling on contacts, integrations, and API calls, alongside an outdated privacy-policy effective date.
