Overview

AdviceFit is a gym and wellness-business platform that brings front-desk operations and member coaching under one roof. It suits operators that want attendance, payment workflows, and coaching tools connected; its broad feature mix is less compelling for businesses that need only a simple check-in kiosk.

Built by AIONDATA in India, AdviceFit serves gyms, studios, chains, trainers, wellness businesses, and their members. It is a fitness-management product, not an electronic health record, medical device, diagnostic service, or substitute for professional medical advice.

Key features

Coaching and member tools

Trainers can assign clients, manage schedules and packages, and provide workout and meal plans. Members can track progress, water, weight, activity, and goals. Connecting those coaching routines to gym operations can help businesses manage the member relationship in one system, though the breadth may be unnecessary for a venue that only needs attendance records.

Attendance and communication

AdviceFit supports QR, mobile, and visitor check-ins, attendance reports, and multiple locations. It also lists biometric workflows for ESSL, ZKTeco, and Realtime devices, alongside WhatsApp-enabled reminders, follow-ups, reactivation, and communications. These tools give operators several ways to manage visits and stay in touch, but local compatibility is not guaranteed for every biometric model or messaging provider.

Payments and reporting

The platform manages packages, dues, receipts, and payment journeys, including UPI workflows suited to India. Business intelligence covers revenue, attendance, retention, engagement, and operational performance, making AdviceFit relevant to operators who want business monitoring alongside member services. Worldwide availability does not ensure support for every local payment gateway, tax rule, wearable, or accounting integration.

Privacy and AI plan generation

AdviceFit's privacy policy says data is encrypted in transit and at rest, personal information is not sold, and deletion requests are handled within 30 days except where law requires retention. If a gym enables optional AI plan generation, height, weight, fitness goal, diet preference, and workout frequency go to its configured AI service; a trainer or authorized gym user must review a draft before assigning it. That human review is a useful safeguard, while the data transfer is worth weighing before enabling the feature.

AIONDATA identifies itself as ISO 9001:2015 certified, CMMI Level 3 appraised, GDPR Ready, and an NVIDIA Inception member. Those credentials provide company context, but they do not change the product's stated fitness—not medical—scope.

Pricing

AdviceFit uses a freemium model, with a free plan and paid plans starting at $25/mo. The Free plan is $0/month. Basic is $25.00 USD per month, Professional is $50.00 USD per month, and Enterprise is $100.00 USD per month; each paid plan is billed monthly. Enterprise+ has custom pricing.

The free option gives cost-conscious gyms a way to start, while Basic is the lowest-cost paid entry. Professional and Enterprise raise the monthly commitment for operators considering higher tiers. The plans' feature and usage limits are not defined here, so there is no sound basis to choose among paid tiers by seat count, location count, or quota; confirm those terms before committing. Freemium, Basic, Professional, and Enterprise include ticket and email support. Enterprise+ adds phone support and a dedicated account manager, which is the clearest stated reason to consider its custom pricing.

Platforms

AdviceFit is available on Android, iOS, and the web. The combination can serve staff and members using mobile devices as well as operators working in a browser, without requiring one device type across the business.

Who it's for

AdviceFit is best suited to gyms, studios, chains, trainers, and wellness businesses that want coaching, attendance, payments, communications, and reporting connected. Its multi-location support and operational reporting may matter to growing operators, while India-focused UPI workflows make it especially relevant to businesses using that payment method. It is a weaker fit for clinical care, or for teams whose sole need is a narrowly scoped sign-in tool.

Pros and cons

Pros

Operations and coaching in one platform: workout and meal plans, member tracking, attendance, packages, dues, and reporting serve both trainers and business operators.
Multiple attendance workflows: QR, mobile, visitor, and supported biometric check-ins give gyms options for managing entry.
Useful India payment support: UPI workflows complement package, dues, and receipt management.
Clear AI review step: a trainer or authorized gym user must review an AI-generated plan draft before assignment.

Cons

Local integrations can be a constraint: worldwide availability does not guarantee compatibility with every local gateway, tax rule, messaging provider, biometric model, wearable, or accounting system.
Paid-tier limits are unclear: without plan quotas and feature differences, buyers cannot confidently match a paid tier to their size or usage.
AI generation involves personal fitness data: relevant measurements and preferences are sent to the configured AI service when the optional feature is enabled.
Not for medical records or diagnosis: businesses needing a clinical or diagnostic system should choose a product built for that purpose.

Alternatives

For more options focused on entry management, see the Gym Check-In Software list.

Attenditai is a freemium Android, iOS, and web option with a free plan for up to 50 attendees, unlimited sheets, one extra team member, and QR, barcode, public-link, and Web Kiosk check-in. Pick it when those explicit attendance limits and workflows matter more than AdviceFit's coaching and gym-management breadth.
MoveMembers is a freemium option for Android, iOS, web, and API, with a free plan for up to 20 active members, class scheduling, online booking, a member portal, and self check-in. It may suit a small operation centered on booking and member access rather than AdviceFit's broader operating tools.
RhinoFit Sign-In Kiosk offers a freemium plan and free trial on Android, iOS, and web. Consider it if you want to compare a kiosk-oriented option.
BJJChat Attendance System is a free Android, iOS, and web attendance option with no tiers or per-member fees and unlimited coaches and students. Choose it when straightforward attendance at that scale matters more than AdviceFit's integrated coaching and business operations.
Kenko QR Check-Ins is a paid Android, iOS, and web product with a free trial; its Pro plan is $199.00 USD per month and includes a member app, scheduling, memberships, team tasks, permissions, and attendance. It is worth considering when those check-in and membership workflows align with the budget and feature set sought.
Gymanger is a paid Android, iOS, and web alternative. Consider it if you want to compare another paid gym-management product.
ManageYourGym is a paid Android, iOS, web, and API option with a free trial. It may merit a look if trial access or API availability matters to your evaluation.
Vizitor is a freemium Android, iOS, and web alternative with a free trial. Its Starter plan is 1600.00 INR per month, billed annually at ₹19,200 per location, for 300 check-ins per month, up to 50 employees, one location, and one connected device. It fits buyers looking for a check-in plan with explicit location and monthly usage limits.

Verdict

AdviceFit is the stronger choice for gyms and wellness businesses that want coaching, attendance, payment workflows, and reporting tied together, with a free plan and a $25.00 USD per month paid starting point. Its main drawback is purchase uncertainty: paid-tier limits and local integration coverage matter, but are not defined across the plans. Choose it if that combined operating scope fits; look elsewhere if you need guaranteed local compatibility, known plan quotas, or a dedicated medical system.
