VOMO
What it is
VOMO turns uploaded meetings, interviews, voice memos, and YouTube videos into transcripts, summaries, action items, and shareable notes. Smart Notes can organize summaries, key takeaways, action items, chapters, and decisions, with editing and custom templates available. You can upload up to 10 audio or video files at once; YouTube transcription requires captions. Listed meeting platforms are Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex, and transcription supports 90 languages. Notes and transcripts can be shared through public links or exported as PDF, HTML, or TXT. VOMO runs on web, iOS, and Android; its download page says a dedicated Mac desktop app is coming soon. The Free plan costs nothing and provides 60 signup minutes with a 30-minute file limit. Pro costs $1.92 a month with weekly billing shown, and includes unlimited transcription minutes for files up to three hours. Recordings and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest.
