TenantAlert provides tenant-screening reports for landlords, property owners, property managers, and real estate brokers through the web and an API. Reports may include credit history and scores, criminal and eviction searches, check verification, address history, tax liens, judgments, income verification, and identity verification. Credit reports and scores can come from Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion. Applicants normally receive an email link to complete an application, verify identity, and authorize release of a credit report; approved, underwritten clients can obtain instant credit reports without that authorization. Per-report plans are BASIC at $24.95, paid once, PLUS at $29.95, paid once, PRO at $39.95, paid once, and PREMIER at $49.95, paid once, paid by the landlord or tenant. The API offers JSON, webhooks, sandbox access, and configurable workflows, with reports starting at $0.50. TenantSelect provides customizable recommendations, and LeaseGuarantee covers lost rent, damages, and legal expenses up to $10,000, with an annual fee starting at $299.
