What it is
Staff Leave is a holiday planner for employees and managers to request, approve, and track time off. Managers can accept or reject requests, and users can book leave for colleagues. Administrators can assign approvers and set allowances and rollover rules. Notifications are sent to mobile phones or email, while leave can be exported or synchronized with Google Calendar, Outlook, and iOS Calendar. Staff Leave runs on Android, iOS, and the web, and provides a RESTful API for third-party integrations. The free plan includes unlimited users, mobile booking, request decisions, live calendar export feeds, and importing users and leave. PlusPack costs £1 a month per user, plus VAT, and adds a desktop app, expandable wall planner, full leave history and audit trails, basic reporting, and allowance snapshots.
