SecureCrews is job management software for contractors, with workflows for moving companies. It is available on the web, Android, and iOS. Moving teams can dispatch crews and trucks, prepare hourly or flat-rate estimates, document inventory with photos, and keep records for damage claims. The dispatch board supports drag-and-drop crew scheduling and detects conflicts. Its mobile crew app supports GPS clock-in, photo uploads, receipt scanning, and offline mode.
Estimates and invoices support digital signatures, and the maker says there are no transaction fees. QuickBooks integration is included on every plan, with live invoice and estimate pushes to QuickBooks Online and file export and import for Desktop. Plans allow unlimited users, but vary in active-job, storage, email, and SMS allowances. Standard costs $99 a month, Pro $149 a month, Business $249 a month, and Enterprise $499 a month. A 30-day free trial does not require a credit card. The maker says customer data is stored in the United States and encrypted at rest and in transit. SecureCrews is not yet SOC 2 certified; Type II certification is planned for 2026.
