RentSafe is a web-based tenant-screening platform for property managers, landlords, and renters. Managers can create customized online rental applications and separate application links for each property, then view applications and real-time results in a centralized dashboard. Screening reports include a full credit report, a national eviction search, and a national criminal background check; RentSafe partners with TransUnion for credit reporting. The service says checks are processed instantly, with results appearing in the manager dashboard within seconds. Its soft credit inquiry does not affect an applicant's credit score.
