What it is
Reapit PM is property management software for agencies handling residential, commercial, social housing, and mixed-use properties. It automates arrears management, lease renewals, inspections, and maintenance workflows. Trust accounting tools cover receipting, bills, payments, and disbursements, with workflows intended to reduce errors and month-end processing time. Dashboards and reports track trends and portfolio performance; full Analytics+ reporting requires a Premium or Enterprise subscription. Console Pay supports direct debit rent collection, automatic payment matching, payment schedules, and rent and bond collection. Funds typically settle within two business days, but tenants cannot pay by BPAY through Console Pay. Mobile inspection tools support scheduling, reports, voice-to-text notes, key check-in and check-out, and maintenance requests. The iOS and Android Tenant App provides lease and rent information and maintenance requests; rent payment scheduling is available when the agency enables it. The Owner Portal shows property and tenancy updates, rent collection information, inspection reports, maintenance status, and monthly statements. Reapit PM runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Pricing is on request, and there is no free plan.
