Priflow
What it is
Priflow is open-source proofing and approval software for designers, marketers, and small agencies. Reviewers can click an image or PDF to place a numbered comment at a precise location, while teams retain earlier uploads such as v2 and v3. Review links allow clients to respond as guests, with sign-in optional; reviewers choose Approve or Request changes and status updates roll up automatically. Accounts provide dashboards, teammate tagging, and an audit trail recording uploads, amendments, replies, approvals, who performed them, and when. Priflow is self-hosted on PHP 8 or later with MySQL, including shared hosting. It needs no Docker, Node, or build step, and the maker says a first proof can be live in about 10 minutes. Files stay on your server, and the MIT licence permits commercial use. The self-hosted plan costs nothing, billed forever, with unlimited users, proofs, reviewers, teams, features, and updates. A default 50 MB upload cap is documented.
